At Swap , we are committed to delivering high-quality personal care and home care products. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a carefully structured return and refund policy to ensure hygiene, safety, and fairness.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

• The product was damaged during transit

• The product delivered was incorrect (wrong item/variant)

• The product has a manufacturing defect

• The product is expired or near expiry (less than 3 months shelf life at delivery)

To be eligible:

• You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

• You must provide clear photo/video evidence of the issue

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used personal care products

• Products without original packaging

• Items purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged/defective)

• Products returned without prior approval

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Share:

  • Order ID

  • Issue description

  • Photos/videos of the product

• Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days

If approved:

• We will arrange a reverse pickup (where available), or

• Request you to self-ship the product (shipping reimbursement may apply)

4. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit

5. Replacements

We may offer a free replacement instead of a refund in cases of:

• Damaged or defective products

• Incorrect items delivered

Replacement orders will be shipped within 2–5 business days after approval.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

7. Important Notes

• Natural variations in color, fragrance, or texture (common in personal and home care products) are not considered defects

• We reserve the right to decline returns if misuse or policy abuse is suspected

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
